Our Temecula, CA sales office houses an onsite innovation center dedicated to customer ideations, custom formulations, and current worldwide culinary trends. With global sourcing and today’s food safety environment, we monitor and rigorously test our products to meet and exceed food safety regulations.
With an emphasis on exceptional service, we perform many different functions to ensure our customers’ needs are met. We maintain a large library sample allowing a quick turnaround to meet immediate needs and collaborate with research and development teams to design and develop custom formulations to meet/exceed expectations. A large part of Garlic King’s research and development program is our close relationship with Chef Martin Corso of the M Group. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University and a founding member of Research Chefs Association, Chef Martin brings years of culinary experience from commercial restaurants to corporate manufacturing of the Garlic King team.
